Here are a handful of Washington events of note for Halloween, October 31.
President Bush is speaking to the Grocery Manufacturers Association/Food Products Association.
The Commerce Department is releasing the 3rd quarter Gross Domestic Product report.
The Federal Reserve is deciding whether to lower interest rates again.
