An armed man has apparently taken members of Hillary Clinton's campaign staff hostage in New Hampshire, news outlets and Democratic National Committee chairman Howard Dean have just reported.
The situation, at a Clinton campaign office in Rochester, N.H., has caused Clinton to cancel her appearance at the DNC fall meeting in Virginia this afternoon, Dean announced moments ago. He asked the hotel ballroom crowd, which largely consists of Clinton supporters for the afternoon session, to keep the campaign staff in their prayers.

Update: The Clinton campaign has released this statement:
"There is an ongoing situation in our Rochester, NH office. We are in close contact with state and local authorities and are acting at their direction. We will release additional details as appropriate."

Wow, Howard Dean asking folks to keep people in their prayers?!?!? I thought that was against liberal Democratic party principles?
Anyway, while I disagree with the ideas of the Clinton supporters, they are in my prayers and hopefully this situation ends soon, with no one injured or killed.

The real question is when the campaign email/commercial goes out with this event asking for money to defeat the evil Republicans who want everyone to be able to buy a bomb without a license.
