Here are a few Washington events of note for Friday, November 16.
President Bush is meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda.
The Hip Hop Caucus is sponsoring a “March Against Hate Crimes."
A panel of the National Association of Secretaries of State is meeting to discuss the frontloaded 2008 presidential primary calendar and the need for a regional primary system beginning in 2012 or beyond.
