At "Farewell, Mr. President,'' they are collecting video-commentary from Americans interested in bidding adieu to the soon-retiring President Bush.

While the Web-site is open to fans and fanatical critics alike, it's safe to say that you may not find it too amusing if you recently sent that check to Laura Bush celebrating the president's 62nd birthday (It's a fundraising gimmick for the GOP).

You will find a woman with a cat and a sense of humor, but no health care, a man who thinks he can immitate the -- "what is it, 43rd?'' -- president, and a woman who certainly cannot imitate Marilyn Monroe, actually a number of women who can't, all contributing videos in the spirit of a fitting send-off for the retiring commander-in-chief. You will find much more as well -- with comments invited.

The folks at Tony Harding Entertainment and Media, a New York-based production company, operating this site say they are preparing a videotape for personal delivery to the White House.

It's fair to say they may get stopped at the gate, judging by the rough cuts.

Viewer-discretion is advised at Farewell, Mr. President..
